My current gynecologist, has assured me that my surgeon, Dr. Miller, did an excellent job. But this was the worst office experience I ever had. Waited hours to be seen, the MA (because I never had a nurse) sent me off for unscheduled work, while forgetting to give me scheduled info. My last date there, after checking in with the front "office manager" they forgot to inform patient care staff, and I sat there 2 hours waiting to be seen. At my first post op visit, I waited an hour for the surgeon. No one other than the Resident showed any respect for us, from attitude to time management to not returning phone calls. Definitely no support at the scariest time of my life. If your insurance company allows another choice, take it! York hospital for my was awful as well.

I had to leave a review so other patients know how wonderful this office is!! Going to a drs office is never usually a treat and especially when the word oncology is associated. I can’t express how comforting and understanding Dr.Lim & his medical assistant April are! Never having a male gynecologist I was a bit nervous. After this appointment I wish he could be my regular OBGYN. He was VERY thorough,understanding and an amazing dr. April I have to say is the BEST medical assistant or nurse in fact that I have ever had interaction with. She also is very thorough,understanding to all my concerns & needs. She needs recognition for doing such an excellent job!! Again I’m writing this review to comfort others and to let you know your in good hands. Thank you Dr.Lim & April for your sincerity & I’m grateful to have you taking care of my health! ️
