I cannot express how happy I am with the love, care and compassion of every single staff member that has cared for my father for 6 years and now my mother at Weston Terrace. I highly recommend this place. The environment is very clean and the values and principles are A plus. The food is great too. The team is consistantly kind and helpful. I can't thank them enough. I feel good every time I come here to spend time with my mom because I know she is in excellent hands.

Very sad how senior staff do not welcome new staff and the DOC is not in charge. The senior staff delegate not management. Horrible place to work. No unity. Old Person support workers with no update education in geriatrics or mental health or even this pandemic.

They have been amazing! From the first visit 1.5 years ago to my fathers placement today! Everyone and I mean everyone has been supportive, understanding and really showed they cared about my dads well being. Thank you for making this easier on the both of us!! Maria M. You are awesome!!! Stacey thanks for the personal tour with my dad and involving my kids in the process.

Horrible community centre!! I was so dissatisfied, disappointed, and disgusted with the care my grandmother received she was neglected she was treated poorly she was disrespected and was always emotionally down. She lived many years alone with no care had many falls and survived it and came out strong the day she stepped into Westen Terrance her days were numbered she slept in soiled sheets she was left unchecked for hours at a time she was spoken poorly to and fallen in their care and all we ever got were excuses and disrespect. We had been on various more preferred health care homes for my grandmother but we were on waiting list and that’s only reason we had her there and hadn’t removed her from there. If you care about the wellbeing of your loved ones don’t leave them here where they will be neglected and abused unless this is the health care you seek.....not recommended!!!
