These reviews are far too generous. I have not been able to send an email on my domain for years. Now they are stopping me even receiving emails. "Poor" does not even begin to describe the "service" this company gives...

I'm not even honouring this idiot with 1 star... its only so I can post this. This clown who calls himself Nathan has taken my money, twice and still not renewed my domain name. As mentioned before there is no way of contacting him, other than to send pointless emails which never get a reply. My business has now quite literally disappeared over night. I'm relying on enquiries to get my season started and am now left with nothing. Thanks for screwing us all over, you retard!

Hard to give Nathan Barnes even one star. No support, no answers to phone or emails. The last 3 renewals resulted in my website shutting down for about 3 months. Only the threat of Trading Standards and the Police will get any action. Utter utter rubbish. I have now lost a website/email that I had for a lot years. I am not sure that Yorhost even bother renewing the registration and there was always a problem with security certificates, I did ask but as usual there was no answer. Next time you go bankrupt Nathan be honest and get a job in McDonalds instead of ripping off and wasting the of time more people.

I'm only giving this cheating, thieving company one star so I can write this message. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. The only thing about this company which works is their ability to send out bills and to receive your cash. I've paid for renewal of my domain address and have just found it's up for sale in the UK and USA anyway. I am about to report them to trading standards.

One star is too good for Nathan Barnes aka Yorhost, I wondered why business had tailed off so as usual I started checking my google rankings only to find that 4 out of my 5 domains were no longer active and were in fact available for sale again even after paying my Yorhost bill as soon as it landed which is 2 months before it is due. Obviously Nathan Barnes has decided to keep that money for himself. No replies to emails or phone calls, raised a ticket which they say will be answered within 24 hours, 2 months later still no reply. Avoid this company at all costs, I have been a loyal customer of Yorhost and their predecessor Web Mania for nearly 20 years and this is how you are treated. Believe me Yorhost will soon be going bump looking at other reviews on here, avoid at all costs or just throw your money down the drain, either way you'll get the same level of service.

I have renewed my domian with them and it's resold to some one in USA my web hosting stopped and went un active before 3 month of the expire date .the funny is they kept sending me emails to renew my sold domian .they never replied to my emails . avoid them and don't waste your money with yorhost they are completely carbedge I wonder how they still trading .

Formerly of Webmania, remember the names of John Spratt (from England with many English famly members) and Margarita Cristina Mora Bailen living together near Alicante Spain (Van Raspieg), ----- International Criminals....... So many aliases (such as Maggie Bailen, Crista Mora, Crista Bailen and more being used by these two families, family members heavily involved in computer crime. Remember the names of Bailen Automotive and Bailen Aviation in Alicante, Spain (fly anything around the Mediterranean area no customs checks, etc) Check the name of Mr. Cosme who worked for them and Libre Cuba, until he stole two of their airplanes... It is reported on the Internet they are into the Medical Field of Psychology now! Margarita Cristina Mora Bailen was up to several months ago still married to a man for more than 14 years, in the U.S. after she robbed him of almost Two Milolion Dollars. Beware!!!

I have used WebMania and then its successor when it went bankrupt, Yorhost, for several years. The main issues have been failing to renew domain names after paying for the renewals. However, two months ago I wished to transfer my domains and have had absolutely no response to emails nor has any telephone call has been answered. I paid for one domain to be renewed as I still had not managed to move it and surprise, surprise, it was not renewed. Avoid
