Very unprofessional for the type of services they are SUPPOSED to be providing. (Likely being paid for with taxpayer's money.) I talked to two different representatives to try and help with a current case involving a loved one that is in their \care.\ Ebony Robinson and Sharron, who claimed to be a supervisor to Ebony. Ebony even went as far as to hang up on me just one minute into our conversation.
