I have no problem with the brand Mitsubishi. In fact, I would still have my beautiful Eclipse if I had not decided to take it to York for service. This review is strictly limited to the service I received there. Do yourself a favor and get any promises in writing and never proceed without an estimate. My fault I let the service manager tell me she couldn't email out and I let them proceed without getting the facts in writing first. Cost me almost 1500 to learn a valuable lesson - getting scammed by a dealership for simple maintenance is a real thing. Also, when you know things are going down the wrong path, don't be afraid to ask for the parts back that are supposedly replaced during service - and if they insist they can't find them, then ask them to put that in writing; you may need it later for proof.
