First of all, I don’t like to post negativity about a business but I want people to know other people’s experience about a service that’s going to cost them a lot of money so they can make their own informed decision based on past performance reviews like this. Listed a property with C21 Broadway Park and was not happy with the on-line listing (no property description, no location description and only a google earth satellite picture) so I contacted the agent to fix several times and explained that I would like them to include some key selling features in the listing as well as actual photos of it and was told they’d do it every time, but never did!! Then I was driving through Yorkton and passed by only to find the FOR SALE SIGN was on the neighbours lot!! Won’t list with C21 Broadway Park again! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to list with C21 Broadway Park either!
