I have been to so many clinics across North America and I have never met a clinician that cares more about her staff, patients and practice as Jacquie. I love how they have invested money back into their business through the beautiful renovation they recently completed. I especially love all the community based events (the BBQ being my favourite of course!). I look forward to seeing the team again soon!

The staff took the time to explain the reason for my hearing lose and the precautions I needed to take to keep my hearing lose to a minimal. I called and booked my appointment and was in within two weeks. Great people and service and I will be back.
