I am unsure why calling a pest control services will end my up with a membership to Fantastic Services. What is really annoying is this membership is auto renewal. I just want pest control service. I do not want any membership fees and be tied down to a membership where i have to remember to cancel it. I think this gimmick of opt-out sign out is unethical. As it is a scheme to try get as many unaware customers to be tied down to a service commitment unwittingly.
From the moment I called them till the end of the treatment - great job. I'm very happy with the service that I got and the person they’ve send to the property seemed to be really knowledgeable. He had the answers to all my questions… and believe me they were a lot (sorry about that). Thank you for your polite attitude and professional work.
Contacted this company to schedule preventative fumigation service for our new apartment as the previous owners had pets. Was quite pleased with their prompt arrival and the overall experience. The service was fast as well and the staff were all polite and very descriptive as to how’s and what’s. I would definitely recommend their work to anyone having problems with pests.
I'm absolutely terrified of bugs, so imagine my horror when I say a bunch of cockroaches in the kitchen. I scheduled a same \u00adday visit. The pest removal technician was very professional and managed to calm me down. He checked and treated the kitchen area and told me about everything he was doing. Now there' re no more roaches at home. Thanks, guys!
