Tim took my phone call very early on a Monday morning and was very helpful. He arrived on time later that day keeping me updated of his estimated time of arrival. Friendly, professional and polite. He was able to repair and replace our broken exit door lock with minimal disruption. Very reasonable costs with no call out charge either. I cannot fault Tim's services and would highly recommend, our 'go to' now for all locksmith services. Thank you Tim, keep up and great work.

I was in lock! Tim came within 15 minuets of calling him the price quoted for was less than half the price i had previously paid when using a bigger company and living in Bournemouth. He did everything he could to pick and fish for the keys like a true locksmith before drilling as a last resort. he was friendly and courteous to me and my toddler whist we were waiting. Certainly made a horrible and daunting experience the best it could possibly be. hopefully it doesn't happen again! If it does I know where to go without about being fleeced in my hour of need! thanks again Tim!

Great job, arrived quickly when I’d locked myself out, and easily solved the problem. Then came out and replaced the lock/handles to solve the problem permanently, at a fair price. Very happy.
