We have been with Chris and his team for a few years and have absolutely no complaints at all. Chris has always made our computer challenges a priority, even when it ended up being an operator error. If they can't solve everything remotely then they will come to your office. Nice I don't have to go through any step by step with someone, not really my strongest point. Thank you for always taking my calls and for all your time and help. It is so very much appreciated!

In 2010, I was referred to Chris for removal of a virus on my assistant's computer. Shortly thereafter, Chris' guidance enabled us to upgrade our system which significantly increased our functionality. I can't begin to count the number of computers, modems and equipment decisions Chris has helped with since that time. Over the years, Your IT has grown and now has a help desk capability, making it more efficient to get assistance with most of the day-to-day issues that may arise. From what I've seen, that frees up some of Chris' time so he can concentrate on things such as cyber security. I'm not sure where I'd be without Your IT.

Their technical support if excellent, especially because I am technically challenged when it comes to computers, and even if I have a simple question, Chris is always glad to help. I know they will be there if I need them. It's hard to find competent computer help that sticks with you, but YourIT has been there for me for a long time. They monitor my computer and even back it up for me. They notify me of anything new I should be aware of. I don't worry about problems because I know they are on top of it all!! I would, and have, recommended them to others.
