I’m so grateful for the time I’ve spent at 734Strength! I’ve been able to develop new skills, drop my ego, and build mental toughness. It doesn’t matter if it is your first time in the gym or you’re an experienced athlete, the coaches will provide appropriate scaling and guidance through all movements. Have trained here over four years and am very happy. 734 Strength stands out in it’s camaraderie, quality coaching, and excellent programming. It’s inclusive culture makes it an ideal starting point toward improved fitness regardless of ones current skills, and it’s sense of community drives continued gains for more seasoned athletes. They have been safe and responsible during the pandemic and are truly an asset to the community. You only get one body, take care of it and invest in your own fitness!

I’m a college swimmer and workout here in my off-season. I absolutely love the coaches and members, they are so welcoming and encouraging. I’ve brought lots of my friends (all at different levels of fitness) to workout here and they loved their experience as well. I’m so thankful I found this gym, it has helped me so much with swimming and introduced me to an amazing community!!

Amazing place to go workout. I've always had trouble sticking with fitness, going on and off again before I found 734. The coaches and people who attend have created a community that makes you want to keep coming back and stay on track with your fitness goals. Coaches are amazing at taking the workout and modifying them to your abilities. Best place around to achieve your fitness goals
