This is not planet fitness/LA fitness. This is a local community centered gym that is welcome to anyone. If you want to get in shape/feel better and be held accountable (in a good way) your money will be well spent at HHFG. Nate and West are extremely talented and kind trainers. They will coach to your personal needs and push you to do more than you thought possible.
