Our first ultrasound here was great, it was a morning appointment and the technician did a great job showing us our brand new bundle of of joy. Our second ultrasound here was terrible, we waited longer in the waiting room than the technician spent ensuring our baby wasn't developing slow. The pictures were poorly done and the entire appointment was rushed, even though the waiting room was empty and no one came or left while we were there. Additionally, the technician had my wife laying down almost fully which was extremely uncomfortable for her. For anyone using this facility, I'd recommend an early morning appointment as the afternoon crowd seems to get screwed by rushing technicians.

don't expect a call back from the doctor, even if you've received a pretty traumatic procedure and gotten zero aftercare instructions. one of the nurses is perfectly kind but I have a right to not want to talk about my most personal body concerns with a total stranger. I deserve the respect of a phone call back from MY doctor. I have called for 3 days straight with no response, im in tears and lost.

I started getting the depovera shot at this office, bled for months after it. I called every month to tell them, and they always said it was normal. 7 months later, I almost died from the amount of blood loss. I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs. They said it was normal. I went to a different doctor to get my blood tested for a completely different issue, they told me my iron was so low, I had to go to the ER to get a blood transfusion. After the entire ordeal and feeling terrible for months, I went back to this office to find a solution for my birth control. The doctor I saw made it sound like it was my fault, and did not have any solution. The nurses and support staff are great, but doctors are severely lacking. Would not recommend.

Never had a problem with this office until my last 2 visits. This visit my appointment was at 1:50 the other person was at 2:20. We both walked in the door at 1:44. They signed in first and got to go first. Needless to say it's 2:20 and I'm still sitting here! Last visit I waited about an hour.

I have been suffering from severe hyperemesis to the point where I'm constantly sick and nauseated, it is so debilitating that I'm in bed all day and cannot do anything. The Dr. I've seen seemed to not really care and blow it off as if it's no big deal. I turned in FMLA paperwork weeks ago and they didn't even bother to call me when it had been finished, not to mention I had to pay 10.00 for them to even complete it. I am really thinking about switching for prenatal care. Seems like they have no care or concern for theirpatients
