Best place ever! All the staff was so sweet and caring and genuinely wanted to give me the best experience! The staff knew me and always asked about my daughter even after she was born! Best place for Ob/gyn care!

I had all of my appointments and gave birth to my first child here and am getting ready to have my second in March. Great office staff and I love the nurses! The students are fun to meet and with a few exceptions, MOST of the residents are quite knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The attendings have all been kind and considerate, ensuring that I receive the best possible care. Hands down, they are the best OBGYN clinic and birthing center in Washtenaw County.

I went because I thought I had a UTI, I've had them before and I know the symptoms. As soon as I got there, they wanted a urine sample which I know is the standard procedure. I gave one and within minutes, they told me it came back negative for a UTI but said it could be a yeast infection so she wanted to take a look. I got my feet up in the stirrups and as soon as she started checking, the first thing she said was "yup, that's herpes" as confidently as she could. As a 23 year old college student, I shouldn't have been as surprised as I was. I started shaking, shrieking, and crying. All she could say was "I'm sorry, honey." Through my tears, she told me that it "could maybe not be..." but when I asked what else it could be, she didn't give me any clarity. Within the next two days, I would find out whether my test came back positive or negative and I genuinely felt suicidal and the most anxious I've ever felt. My test results were negative. I went back in to get my blood tested as they suggested, again... NEGATIVE. The amount of stress and anxiety I have felt this past week is unmeasurable. Will never return here.

Ive been a patient there since 2006 and they delivered my son in 2007. Very friendly staff. The nurses are awesome. I miss Nurse Dawn.. She was amazing during my whole pregnancy . i enjoy all the new people and what they have done to the office.

Absolutely HORRIBLE office staff. I called once a week for 2 months trying to schedule a specialty procedure, and each time was assured that someone would call me back. NEVER received a call back. Finally got my appointment scheduled (on my ninth phone call), after being assured that it was all approved by my insurance. Showed up for the appointment and was told that it was in fact NOT run through the insurance, and there was nothing they could do until I obtained that authorization, which will take at least two more weeks. If I could rate zero stars I would. That being said, I do love all the doctors and nurses in this practice. They just need to hire some competent office personnel.

The doctors here are amazing and make you feel extremely comfortable. They've helped me every step of my pregnancy so far, and even after I have my baby I plan on coming here. By far my favorite ob I have been to.
