Michael Kim

I see Diane M Jacobi OD and I have been nothing but pleased with her. She figures out problems where providers elsewhere have made mistakes. She has remarkable patient care and you can tell she cares very much about her work and patients. The waiting list for all the kellogg eye centers are very long but this one has one of the shorter waiting lists. All in all, they take my insurance, get things right for me, and are wonderful providers. I would recommend.

Wow. Super fast exam, I was in the waiting room for only a couple of minutes. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Thank You!

They had a nurse do the vision test and she gave me a prescription that was way off. I came back for a second vision test that was also inaccurate. They then refused to give me a refund for the bad prescriptions after I got an accurate opinion from a different office.
