Sherry who works at your pharmacy, is an excellent pharmacist. We have had her as our pharmacist for several years. And have had nothing but good service from her. She is very professional , efficient and customer friendly. However, there are a couple other pharmacist there that we have had some difficulty with. They have not gotten our information correct , And even though the prescriptions said they were ready on the Walmart website, I’ve made several trips to pick up medicines and was told that they were not ready even though I showed them the emails. One of the pharmacist spends a lot of time socializing with customers while other people are waiting in line. We love our Walmart Pharmacy, but feel that these problems need to be addressed. We will continue to come to Walmart mainly because of the professional and wonderful service that is provided by Sherry. And the techs and the clerks have also been extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. We’ve never had any problems with them and are pleased with their service.

I know this Walmart is pain in the butt. But the Pharmacy service that I got from Shanthi was amazing. She was really helpful. So this is my must prescribed location from my doctor. I'm glad she is taking care for this Walmart pharmacy for good. At least the Pharmacy is great. And please try to keep up the customer checkout line shorter. . On the grocery areas.
Don't use this pharmacy unless you're okay with getting a prescription whenever they feel like it. Script written on the 15 of November at 11am and still not filled at 5pm November 19. I ran out of my meds on the 16th (THINK ABOUT THAT 5 DAYS IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING LIFE SAVING LIKE INSULIN) Spent a half hour(literally) on hold waiting to speak to someone. Do yourself a favor and a go ANYWHERE ELSE.
Worst place to get prescription filled. Haven't found a Wal-Mart yet that is efficient. This one is understaffed and wait times are ridiculous. Oh, and don't go at lunch shut down or your whole day will be wasted. I signed up to get a text and 4 hours later I went to check what was taking so long, to be told they were out of stock. I wonder when I would have been told if I hadn't came back to the store to check. Maybe later that week???
On the last visit, the pharmacist was too busy lecturing me on how I need to subscribe to their text-messaging, to remember to place my urgent order in. I had to call back a day later and she apologized that she didn’t place it and told me it would be ready within the hour. What lead me to even post this review is that I just tried to call and get a refill, and was put on hold for 15 minutes to where I eventually just hung up. This is the 2nd time that they have done this to me and I’m about to drive there to place it.
Was NOT helpful on laws/transfers. Very cold and rude and belittling about policies. One star for the woman I talked to later that couldn't help either, but at least was polite. Need to explain why you can void someone's prescription. With complicated laws and rules and the power pharmacists have, they should be more clear and helpful and knowledgeable.
I made a big mistake by switching to this Walmart for my prescriptions because it was closer to my new house. The pharmacy staff does not answer the phone. It took me 3 days to get ahold of a pharmacist and when I finally did, I was put on hold for over twenty minutes. I drove straight to the store and got there before anybody picked up my call. I notified a manager of the issues. Then come to find out, the pharmacy did not call the MD office to let them know that they needed a prior authorization to fill the prescription. Once they finally did get the PA, they filled the prescription wrong and had to get a new PA. So it took 4 weeks to get the everything straightened out w the prescription. Today I went to pick up the prescription hoping everything was finally correct, but I am now waiting in a line that is down the center aisle. I am hoping there will not be another issue, but my hopes are not high. I see why they have such a low rating. I am switching back to my original pharmacy.
Love the girls working in the pharmacy!!! They are so fun!!!!!! They took the time to make sure everything was right! They had me laughing and I told them I’d love to work with such a great group! Your store is lucky to have such a great group of women and the pharmacist was the best!!!!
