My cat his name is “Come Here”(Kameer) he got really sick and we thought we were going to lose him he had crystals in his bladder blocking him from urinating we took him in and it was serious and we thought we couldn’t afford it. Not only did this vet care about us in general but money wasn’t the most important thing to them we were shocked because it’s about 300 each time to bring him in but our cat is one of our kids a member of the family we were financially strapped with COVID and everything going on there a few vets that seen him honestly they seen my cat like 6 times and the few times that they seen my cat and didn’t charge us anything was the most critical ones I can assure you he wouldn’t be here today they have my upmost sincerity and respect I can’t thank them enough for everything they have done for us and they didn’t have to they did not know us personally if your animal ever needs a vet trust me this is the one for you no matter what is going on they have a lifetime member here for sure THANK you from me and kameer we love you

I hate this place, but I'm also grateful for what they've done, or at least tried to do. It just hurts to lose pets without notice. I took my 3 year old doberman in for a cough/sneeze and 15 min later they came and got me from waiting room and took me back to him. He was already on life support, I guess he had a bad heart and with the fluid in his lungs, they couldn't help him. Unless I'd raised an additional 6000. (I was already in about 1400 in the first half hour) Even with 6000 more, she said he wouldn't stand a good chance. So I left after watching them help him go peacefully. And I've tried to blame her ever since, but it wasn't her fault. When I can manage to face owning another dog, I'll go back. They are the best equipped to care for animals, unless you drive to Loomis Basin.

Called because our vets office lists them as emergency contact, I understand that my question could not be answered But girl who answered phone is rude and short. You lost my business when you would not allow me to accompany my pet, When it was your other office that traumatized my pet to the point she can not even smell a vets office with out Having major issues. Prices at this place are ridiculous I had the same surgery done today for 1/3 the cost Northpoint charged 2 years ago .

If you have nothing but time and money, this is the place for you. I took my pet in for a emergency visit, sat and waited patiently while someone who walked in 30 minutes after me, for the exact same reason, got right in. They didn't even look at my pet to see what kind of condition she was in, until I spoke up, nearly a hour later. We were there over 3 hours and left without a answer as to why my dog is limping.

I can't thank everyone enough for helping me and my cat, Kitty. I want to especially thank Dr. Padilla & Dr. Augustin. I had the hard decision of euthanising my cat or a long recovery. Dr. Padilla was the one who was there when we took kitty in on an emergency. We assumed she was attacked by another animal, but only she knows, and unfortunately lost her front leg. It has been a little over 1month since we 1st brought her in. She is still going through regular bandage changes every few days for a back leg wound that was tore open, but the Dr's and myself can see she's doing great. This is the first time I've ever had to go through something like this and everyone so kind, especially the lady who comforted me when I cried, didn't get her name sadly. Thank you!
