Arrived with an hour til close so couldn't do the set dinner menu unfortunately. Ordered a few individual things and was absolutely delighted by the quality, the taste, the plating...it was all so gorgeous and beautifully done. They accommodated my vegan diet so kindly and even made sure I could have a dessert. So lovely! Definitely a splurge but well worth it if you appreciate the process behind the food. Had gomadofu, deep-fried yuba and mochi, Japanese pickles, yuba and namafu with sweetened miso paste (dengaku) and this amazing mochi dish with red bean sauce for dessert.

We got the 3600 yen yubanzai course here. If you are looking to have a feast of yuba dishes, then you'll be very satisfied - we got yuba served probably 6-7 different tasty ways. If, like us, you were hoping to try out a more varied selection of tofu dishes then I would not recommend this course. Perhaps try ordering a la carte.

ランチタイムに来訪。 湯葉が美味しいと有名なお店。 店員さんの対応が非常に業務感あってなんとも言えなかったが。 色々細かいメニューなど全て説明してくれたのでよかった。 味も非常に美味しい。 湯葉に多種あり色々楽しめた。

ランチで湯葉御膳いただきました。湯葉好きにはたまらない膳です。ご飯のタレ？がうなぎのタレっぽいので濃い味苦手だけど食べ切れるかな‥と思いましたが湯葉のあっさりがちょうどよく合って完食！ごちそうさまでした！
