Mount Racey is not a massive ski resort. Generally the slopes are gentle and uncongested and you can have the powder snow all to yourself. The reliable weather throughout the season is definitely a heaven for beginners to experts. The lifts are fast coming literally with no queuing needed.

Really nice resort, with friendly staff in a poor town that needs the cash. No bogard Australians, and snow better than niseko too (yes, you read that right). Resort quite small, but easily enough to keep you busy for a few days with a terrain park and onsen for after. Recommended (there's even a free bus from Chitose /sapporo Airport!) - and I've skiied in switzerland 15-20 times, plus a few another countries
Worst ever hotel experience in Japan. Dishonest shameless Japanese trainless stuff, awful frozen food buffet, tiny snow field. Can not even deal with a basic toilet washlet issue. Never come again.
Perfect for beginers as it is not crowded.
Quite place to enjoy nature
初心者から上級者まで楽しめるスキー場 名物の最大傾斜４３度の斜面に挑戦してみるのもスリルがあって面白いです。 スキー場から歩いて行けるホテルやレストランがあり滑って食べる事も楽しめます。 まだ雪があるのに３月８日で今シーズン最後の営業となってしまうのは残念ですが来シーズンはもっと長く営業して欲しいと願います。
