Not as expected! The braised pork is great but the others are below average, such as gownbao chicken, stewed noodles, home tofu, pancakes, etc.

It used to be one of my must have restaurant every time when I go back to Taipei. However I felt a bit of disappointment this time around. The taste of every dishes seems insipid. We had to use salt or soy sauce to add a bit of flavor. Anyway it's very personal preference. It might not apply to someone who like light taste.

The food is awesome, a great place to reunite with friends and family. Most important of all the price is reasonable

We had only six people but ordered a lot. The famous braised pork belly needs to preorder, also the beef brisket braised with white radish. The deep fry duck is surprisedly good, crispy skin with tender meat. The appetizer: sliced Chinese cabbage salad tastes light and refreshing. The dessert: pan fry sweet pancake filled with red bean paste is full of textures, a little chewy, similar to mochi. The only one dish we didn’t like is steamed pork bao, the skin is very soft and no juice inside, tastes very plain. Overall, it’s a great place for family or friends gathering!

Yum- fried rice was great! Place was packed when I went - good food in this area! - place for families and round table style dinning. Non GMO soy beans!

Xiao long Bao was dry and tasted like it was microwaved. Isn't there supposed to be soup inside of these? Look at the dry texture here. Kung Pao chicken was definitely not fresh. On top of that, our 4 dishes cost 1100. Where are all these rave reviews coming from? This is definitely not "Szechuan", I've had better in the states and that's saying something.

Brilliant, amazing food. The restaurant may look simple as with the food, but it is full of flavours. Simple Asian dishes made perfectly. Highly recommended. My mouth is salivating just thinking of the food. If I get a chance to go back to Taiwan again, I would definitely visit again.
