Worse I've had and I travel alot.. ordered chicken omelette and chips.. the chips come in the foil trey under the omelette making them soaking wet.. I was missing ribs and the rice.. avoid.. oriental express is the one for me in this area it's the best around by far

We’ve used Yuk Wah for a good few years. The food has always been really good. Never had any problems with it. First rate Chinese.

Awful- Wouldn't have given it one star except the rice was ok. Pork balls were awful- could have been anything- made us feel sick as we were eating them. Hard to tell the sweet and sour sauce from curry sauce- same runny consistency but curry sauce fractionally darker tasting virtually the same. Will avoid in future

Edit: Closed down now? Dev gastro-enteritis a couple of days after eating here. Connection?? Pleasant surprise. Meats good, not glutinous lumps. Not too sugary. Real herbs used - chomped on some ginger root. MSG minimal. Best Chinese we've had in Shaftesbury by far. Beef with ging spring onion, Singapore rice nood, mix veg, rice all good. Chick cash YB sauce less good in flavour but fine. EH rating 3.

Chinese take away, traditional with the oriental calendar and usual tv screen and papers to look at whilst you wait. Full Chinese menu very reasonably priced with happy staff.
