Very rainy start to our day but Kevin quickly checked us in and our comfy, clean room is just what we needed to decompress.... thank you Holiday Inn Express!

This place is nice, a 5 stars service, room was super clean, check in was fast and the front desk gentleman call the room to make sure everything was to our liking, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Thanks guys for a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Great room and bed but, I have been in pools that are warmer than the SHOWER ! Taking a Hot SHOWER is one of the greatest pleasures in life ! I'm sure there is something wrong , my wife and I don't travel much but from now on I will be doing just a little bit more homework before we book a hotel , if the shower isn't nice and hot then I won't be staying. Hope they get it fixed !

The Holiday Inn Express in Yulee, FL, just off Interstate 95, is a great place to stay. The young lady at the front desk made sure to put me, an elderly lady, who was alone, in the most easily accessible room. My room was sparkling clean, my huge King size bed with four big king pillows was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever had. Everything was top notch. I will be staying there the next time I go to Yulee, FL.

Room was clean and bedding was firm and comfortable. Not sure it is worth 40 more per night than its next door neighbor property. Lack of hot breakfast items is still a disincentive to pay IHG premiums and 40 buys a nice hot breakfast right down the road. Bottom line I was swayed by my experiences with IHG across the country and took the less riskier choice

There were blood stains on our blanket, The water would not get hot for a shower, the wifi wouldn't work, no conditioner in the shower. I have never had such a poor stay in a Holiday Inn. The beds were super comfortable. That's the only reason it gets 2 stars.
