Tea tasty but the service is unbelievably bad. When I arrived, the store had a couple people sitting at tables but no one in line. When I went to the counter, the server looked up and seemed really annoyed that I was distracting her from the book she was reading. I saw that "Red Bean" was listed as a flavor. Intrigued, I asked "Red bean... Is that like red bean paste?" Her reply: "It's powder." Annoyed stare. Um, ok. I decided to go with coconut milk tea. "Cold?" "Excuse me?" "You want it cold?" "Er, yes, please." She seemed so angry that I was taking her away from her book. After she made the drink, rather than hand them to me, she put them on the order-ready counter (is there a name for that?) and yelled out "Coconut". As I said, it was just me. I have no idea who she was talking to. Horrible experience. Never ever _ever_ going back.

Awesome folk here, though the music is a little loud. Nice place to hang out. It seems like your experience here really depends on who's serving you though. The older white gentleman is great!

Best quality bubble tea in u district in my opinion. Some other bubble tea can have an unmixed cocoa texture but this is creamy and perfect! There is also a ton of seating.

It is the best bubble tea place in U district! People who work there are always friendly. So many bubble tea to try!! And their tapioca taste so fresh and delicious.

This is my favorite bubble tea on The Ave. I think their selection of flavors is probably the best. The Joker taro oreo milkshake is the bomb. They also have board games here, which is fun.

*Edit* Yunnie has been sold off and is being rebranded into something else. Will post more when more info is available. Previous: Easily the best bubble tea/smoothie option in Seattle, which is saying something. Great options and staff, games to play with friends, but can get crowded during peak times.

Did he spit in my tea? Probably! Terrible service. First off, my bubble tea straw was bent. This wouldn't be an issue except that when I went to punch it into my tea it didn't and subsequently it knocked my tea over spilling it. I apologized and informed the guy in front. He went about cleaning up well I waited to either order or be compt'ed a new bubble tea. Once he is done he is acting super agitated and tells me "It will be done in a sec." He then proceeds to take the order of two new customers make their tea and give it to them. After that a delivery comes in and he starts haggling with that guys for 5-10 minutes. Finally he goes to make my tea but, unlike the time before or with the other two customers, he grabs by tea and takes it in back where I can't see it. When he returns he rushes it over to be sealed. After it is sealed he sets it down still behind the counter so I can't reach it while he talks to the delivery guy some more. All I wanted was some bubble tea, at this point it has been 20 minutes and I have an 85 percent chance that my angry server has spat in my tea. Disgusting! Did I mention I had even tipped before all this happened? I give up and go to leave. Right as I open the door he mockingly calls my order. WTH is wrong with this kid? Do you self a service and go to ANY other bubble tea spot.

#1 most popular bubble tea place in the University District. With ample seating, free wi-fi, board games, and snacks and sandwiches, along with the vast array of possible flavors of bubble tea. This is the quintessential university area bubble tea joint!
