Really disappointing, moving contract not honored I am really disappointed with MOVU. The customer service is absolutely terrible if the movers break anything, they will not help you. The moving contract MOVU gives you, has no meaning, neither MOVU will honor it nor the moving company. So you think you are insured, but in fact you are not. We used MOVU to find a moving company that ended up breaking the corner off our table and scratch another one. MOVU did nothing to help us, they did not honor the moving contract they and we signed and the moving company did not either. We have not received any compensation for the damages. And MOVU still allows that moving company to advertise on their site, so they can still use the MOVU platform and cause customers financial damage. The moving company is ANTS Transport, stay away from them. [Edit] To state the full facts of this case, here is the detail. Section 3.2.1 in the contract says: \...Defects that are not detected immediately must be reported within three working days in writing to the partner and also to MOVU...\. The movers started around 10:00 and finished around 18:00 on a Thursday. Obviously we cannot inspect furniture/box damage until after the move has been performed, we have 3 working days: Friday, Saturday (counted as a working day) and Monday. We noticed the damage on Sunday and sent an email immediately and also sent a registered post/mail on Monday. In fact we have documented communication from ANTS that we are within the 3 working days but they will not honor it.
