2 years ago I had a hernia in the lower back (disc between L5/S1) and in that time I was referred to Prodorso by my GP. I came in contact with Dr. Klasen and he helped me with an alternative treatment to heal relatively in a short time from my sciatic pain in the right leg. 3 weeks ago I got a hernia again in the same place but this time it hit me very hard. I was not able to walk and function normally due to the sciatic nerve pressure in the right leg. After contacting the GP and Dr. Klasen directly,, Dr Klasen recommended me to go to the hospital immediately as the pain was too severe. In hospital (Hirslanden, Zurich) Dr Klasen took care of me as he still remembered me from 2 years ago and he knew my situation. First we tried with infiltration to get the pain reduced, this only worked for a couple of days. Finally I decided to get operated because the pain came back at the same level as before I entered the hospital. Dr. Klasen and his team successfully operated me on the 1st of July 2020 and since 5th of July I am at home without sciatic pain anymore and I am very thankful that Dr. Klasen, in a relatively short time, could manage my stay in the hospital and get me operated within a weeks time. Therefore I can highly recommend him based on the result of my surgery and his commitment towards his patients.

I can only echo the sentiments of previous reviewers, this place is a joke ! Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, watched the doctor I was due to see walk in and out of rooms and finally after 35 minutes was called into his office. The arrogance of these doctors is pathetic and shows a distinct lack of professionalism. All they want is your money, the doctor in question was very quick to suggest having injections and was trying to get me to agree to an appointment in a few days time. Have cancelled the appointment and will not be going back !! If you have been referred to this place, I would ask your doctor for another referral
Chiropractor tried to crack my back without First warming up my muscles with heat or a TENS Unit. He could not crack it and I was left with a very sore back…worse than when I went in. I signed up for a physical therapy package of sessions, but canceled after the first session. He drew stick figures on a scratch piece of paper and talked about very general back care for an hour. I have been dealing with my back pain for 15 years. He told me nothing I didn't already know. We did no \therapy\...zero!

Den ersten Kontakt mit Prodorso hatte ich am SA 6. Juni 2020 gehabt. Als Notfall-Patient hat sich Frau Dr. C. Padua Zeit genommen. \u000bDie starken Rückenschmerzen sind durch Ueberlastung der Wirbelsäule infolge Tragen schwerer Lasten entstanden. Es folgten div. Behandlungen, auch ein Neuro-Untersuch, ebenfalls bei Prodorso. Speziell hervorheben möchte ich die Top-Leistungen von Herrn Patric Beereuter (Chiropraktor): Fachliche Kompetenz, individuelle Beratung und Pünktlichkeit (kaum Wartezeit). \u000bDas ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. \u000bMan fühlt sich als Kunde wohl und ist in guten Händen. Eine Praxis wo man sich noch Zeit nimmt für die Patienten! Man fühlt sich verstanden, mit seinem Schmerz und sucht nach optimalen, individuellen Behandlungsansätzen. So meine positiven Erfahrungen bei Herr Dr. Brenner (Chiropraktiker) und Rafael Meier (Physiotherapeut) Auch der Empfang ist sehr freundlich.
Guten Tag, Vor knapp acht Jahren hat mich Dr. Jürgen Klasen in der Balgrist an den Lendenwirbeln operiert, seither bin ich der gesündeste Mensch ohne schmerzen und einschränkungen. Ich denke oft zurück an mein früheres Leben mit höllenschmerzen und an die Operation. Ich danke nochmals recht herzlich Herrn Klasen für das supergelungene Werk. Operation Diskushernie C 6/7 Monate lang hatte ich sehr starke Schmerzen im Schulter/Hals Bereich mit Lähmungserscheinungen im linken Arm und 2 tauben Fingerkuppen. Bin fast die Wände hoch gegangen vor Schmerzen. Zuerst bekam ich eine Infiltration, welche aber nur gerade 1 Tag geholfen hat. Dann kam trotz Corona die Operation wegen den Lähmungserscheinungen. Dr. Klasen und sein Team operierte mich am 31.3.2020. Operation gelungen, denn ich bin absolut schmerzfrei und die tauben Finger sind auch verschwunden. Nochmals einen herzlichen Dank an Dr. Klasen und sein Team. Übrigens ,die Damen am Empfang sind wirklich sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
