Absolutely disappointed with Salt services. I ordered iphone 11 Pro on 20 November and was told that I can get the phone from the shop straight away. Once I signed the contract, they told me that this specific phone is actually out of stock and will be delivered to my address within the next few days. Today is 14 December and I am still waiting for my new phone... Turns out the phone was sent to a wrong address, then returned back to them, now they are still processing my order without any outcome. The cusomer service is completely useless, they can't provide any information on the current status of my phone. All they say is that I need to wait... Please avoid using Salt, terrible customer approach. Unfortunately, now I am stuck with them for 2 more years.

Just reviewing this store. Very helpful staff. They speak excellent English and easily answered all questions. They also made helpful suggestions.
The whol salt company suck!! The servis is so bad and it somes so many cost that you are not preperd for! I woud never rekomend salt for enyone!!
Located near work, it was great being able to pop into the store during my lunch break and receive excellent customer service despite the staff member being on his own.

Visiting for an issue with Salt fiber. Store manager friendly at first try to upsell the phone plan. After my polite refusal, he then threw me a sticker and told me to call customer support myself. I've never seen such type of services anywhere. Think twice before having any business with this company.
Opposed to what many people write here, we actually found a very helpful and patient employees that took much care and time to solve our problem. Very good experience.
