Rude workers. I opened a bag to check the size and they complained because after are \hard to close\. Even though, I bought the bag and when I am trying to exchange it for another size in Krakow they told me that I have to do it in this store. I did not get any information when buying the bag that if I would like to exchange it, it would have to be in the same store where I bought it. Now, I called to find some solution and by phone they told me that is my fault because I didn't aske about it. Terrible customer service.

Really great service. Brought a pair of light hiking pants. Had to return due to manufacturing issue - stitching came undone within an hour of wearing. Staff tried to help me find something to replace as they didn’t have another of the same size. Didn’t need anything else at this time. Instead of going through a lengthy (2 week) reclamation process they really tried to accommodate us and refunded us on the spot. Thank you North Face, Krupówki team :)

Rewelacyjna obsługa, pełna informacja o produktach. Dobrze że nie wziąłem więcej kasy bo tak uprzejme i miłe dziewczyny z obsługi sprzedały by mi pół sklepu. Serdecznie pozdrawiam
