Very honest people, very nice and helpful. i rented a car for 2 days because my car was broken coming from Hungary and the mechanic finished the car early. So, i sent the care a day earlier and got the money back. they were very helpful. recommend and 5 stars

I highly recommend Maciej’s company. Travelling as a solo female, you always have to be careful with who you do buisiness with as many inflate prices and quotes; Miciej was anything but this: his prices were extremely affordable, fair and he went over and beyond in that I returned the car half a day late and after hours when his garage had closed, but he said there was no problem, he would wait for me. I had to tell him to charge me an extra day as he just wanted to charge me a few hours, while others would have taken full advantage of that situation and charge extra for being late, he gave me a discount. The car I rented was basically new and I felt very comfortable in the entire process from the pick up to the drop off. He was very quick to respond to e-mails and made my trip to zakopane stress free. Please encourage his business and rent from him! Thank you very much Maciej :)
We had a reservation for a car for a price that the guy told us on the phone. We showed up at this shady place and had the car ready for us. Then he told us that suddenly the price changed and it is doubled the original price. Then he says that he never said the originally price. Finally after disputing he said that we never had a reservation and that there was another family that had reserved the car for longer and he was giving it to them. Terrible place and business.
