Willkommen bei Ich-schäme-mich, bitte nehmen Sie Platz im Eck. That's the kind of story, where you hope, the people are just plain incompetent and do not have evil intentions. I went there monday to get my phone speakers fixed, they told me, they'd look into it, and will inform me by phone call or email, the next day or as latest Wednesday. Wednesday I went there, because they didn't call, and they told me they ordered new speakers, which should arrive Thur. or Friday. Friday again I went there (again no call) and they informed me, they send my phone, without asking or even inform me, to Madrid to another shop. I told them that I need it during the Weekend, so they promised, they'll get it back asap and that I please come by saturday between 10 and 13 o'clock to pick it up. The later the better. Today (saturday) I went there and saw the note: \for personal reasons closed after 11.30\, again no call, no information from their side. As soon as I get my phone back, which from my new calculations should be december 21st 2020, I'll happily never come back again.

Se niegan a tramitar una baja, habiendo tramitado ellos el alta en la tienda de manera presencial. Como consumidor tengo derecho a tramitar baja de la misma manera que tramite el alta. Servicio muy deficitario. Edito: Da igual las opciones, que me des porque te vienen bien a ti. Repito, como consumidor tengo derecho a tramitar la baja de un servicio en la misma modalidad en la que tramite el alta. En este caso de manera presencial en el establecimiento.

Unos chicos muy simpáticos me hicieron la potabilidad a Vodafone estupendamente, se encargaron de todo y el técnico que me fue a casa genial también, muy contenta con el servicio que me han dado, claramente volveré si tengo que hacer cualquier otra cosa

Una tienda muy muy Chula reformada recientemente y con un equipo de profesionales estupendo, de precios parecidos al de las grandes superficies pero con una atención individual y personalizada muy bien!!

ESTUPENDOS!! Lleve ayer un iphone 6s de pantalla rota, me lo repararon en un rato lo que me costo darme una vuelta, ademas les compre una funda para el telefono que son chulisimas. Gracias chicos por la rapidez y el trato que dais, mucha suerte

Nefasto!!! Compramos un teléfono móvil y al mes ya no funcionaba, tuvimos que enviarlo 3 veces más, con los gastos de envío que ello nos ocasiono y que corrieron siempre por nuestra parte, y seguían sin arreglarnos un móvil que tenia dos años de garantía. Al final desistimos, perdiendo más de 200 por un móvil que no pudimos usar ni un mes. Servicio y trato pésimo. Una experiencia para no repetir.

También otros servicios por lo que he podido ver llevan compañías telefónicas, accesorios y venta de terminales a parte del servicio de reparaciones. Tienda pequeña pero con gente muy profesional y atenta que te resolverán tus dudas sin problemas, un 10.
