The only thing that may save this place are the views it has. Not worth it

My experience was 6 years ago, but it needs to be said. The waiter's attitude completely depended on the amount of tips you gave. One day I tipped well, the guy acted like my best friend. The next day I had no spare money to tip, so the same guy didn't even reply to my \Bye\. All the friendliness faded as soon as I wasn't a source of money anymore. The last time I ever went there I only asked for one beer and sat down at the bar when the waiter came up to me and obtrusively offered me canapes without me requesting them. It was late and they looked like the old leftovers of the day and he basically shoved them into my face, so I asked \Are they free?\ 3 times. \Yes they are free.\ I got as an answer 3 times. Long story short: They ended up charging me for those mini sandwiches anyway and it ended up costing me nearly 30 bucks when I only wanted a beer. I'm pretty sure today that this \language barrier misunderstanding\ was malicious acting...

Got lunch there in a sunny day in Zarautz. We took the menu of 2 dishes and desert for 26. We chose paella and fish that was good. The paella was a bit too done, but the fish spectacular. All in all was fine, just a bit pricy. Go there with some time, or reserve the table, it's crowd at 14:00.
