No one answering no info about my packege already one week late
like
Had 2 times a good experience, but this week with the 3rd order, I was asked by email to confirm my housenumber. I'm pretty sure it was listed as there is no way to pass the order and since I had a history of orders, they should have found the previous address. Strange... but seen the reactions comprehensible. Fingers crossed !
I ordered a package from NL april 23 and received it May 8.. 15days to deliver 8batteries from Eindhoven (NL) to Lebbeke (BE), 108km apart.. It was stuck at B2C for at least 10days.. Will doublecheck the distribution next time I wil order again.. If B2c is involved i ll pass..
No tracking info about my package, ordered one week ago, unbelievable.. It seems the package got 'lost', like so many others. Worst company ever
Terrible customer service! None of my mails got answered! Woman answering phone at first didn't want to trace my (lost!!!) parcel! As a resaon, all I got were lame excuses. Very unfriendly!
Horrible / no customer service, they don’t respond to any question. Don’t do business with them.
