Top service. Ordered in another store and changed my mind to pick it up in Brussels. No problem at all. The cooperation with other stores is very good. They even advised me to try another size. And indeed, it fits better than the one I ordered at first.

Lovely shop but very unfriendly customer service. We had booked an appointment for 10am (5weeks in advance!) - the website instructs you to do this if you want to have insoles measured. Despite having this appointment, we had to wait 45mins with no apology which spoiled the experience. Once we got past this, the experience was better.
