Klantenservice ondermaats. Toegang tot winkelruimte voor onderdelen moet door bediende gegeven worden. Die staat aan de kassa op 3 meter afstand en handelt eerst die klanten af. Pas dan kan/wil hij je te woord staan vooraleer je tot de winkelruimte toe te laten. Inefficiënte organisatie en onvriendelijke houding.
