Laboratory is a place where theoretical teaching is converted to practical knowledge. The Department laboratory works as the heart to teaching. Zeal Polytechnic has provided a huge well-equipped laboratory to the students to perform their practicals. The Computer Department has established 5 major Computer laboratories, which are named as the Operating System laboratory, Network laboratory, Hardware laboratory, Programming laboratory and Database laboratory. Each student performs practical assignments on a separate system. The laboratory is maintained in such a way that even the Government chooses to conduct its online examinations in Zeal Polytechnic's Computer laboratory. Each laboratory has state of art computers, software and printers and scanners and additional consumables to perform practicals successfully.

Department of Electronics & Telecommunication of Zeal Polytechnic has strong infrastructure with 4 class room & 5 laboratories. All laboratories are well equipped with necessary modern instruments. In each Lab we have sufficient trainer kits for students to have more hands-on experience of each practical. Each classroom has facility of LCD projector. An Internet lab is provided to students of high bandwidth with open access. We have a separate departmental library with sufficient books & journals which helps student in their academic as well as project work.
Zeal Polytechnic arranges industrial visits as per MSBTE norms. Industrial visit is a part of the professional (mostly engineering / MBA / Diploma ) courses, during which students visit companies and get insight of on the internal working environment of the company. Industrial visits are considered one of the most tactical methods of teaching. The main reason behind this, it lets student to know things practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. Moreover, it gives exposure from academic point of view. Main aim of the industrial visit is to provide an exposure to students about the practical working environment.
Zeal Polytechnic is known for the discipline among its students which is the bridge between goals and achieving them. So discipline is taken care of the most in this Institute. The students are very disciplined and focused on their goals. As we know, discipline is the key to success. There are specific uniforms for the students and the faculty as well. Due to proper discipline students report to classes on time and punctuality is reflected in the students. The entire faculty is much disciplined and teaches their students to be the same to make them understand the importance of discipline.
As a student of the Civil Department of Zeal Polytechnic, I feel taking admission in this College was one of the best decisions of my life. The teaching and non-teaching faculties help us a lot in our academic work and also support us in other activities like sports and cultural events. The Infrastructure provided by the College is of a high standard as well. The laboratories of the Department are also well –equipped and the faculties always encourage the students to give their best and be innovative.
Zeal Polytechnic has always given quality technical education. As Zeal Poly has started a separate cell for Institute-Industry interaction. Through this cell the Institute encourages its faculty, technicians and students to interact with the industry in all possible ways. With this opportunity the students can get practical training in industries. Participation of experts from the industry helps us make advances in curriculum development. We students get the practical training which can help us in the future for getting jobs. We also get the exposure of an industrial atmosphere.
Zeal Polytechnic makes efforts to foster a culture of learning, identify the gaps and needs of the students. Refresher courses are scheduled to make direct second year students cope up with the regular students. Different strategies are adopted to schedule and execute the course for the student, which gives them reviews and updates about the subject. This process is more effective with the help of teachers who take extra efforts to make the student efficient and capable in their fields. As I am a student of Zeal Polytechnic I feel lucky and glad that I have taken admission to this College, in which student revision is more important and methods are taken to cover it in which I am able to review the previous years syllabus and gain confidence. For direct admitted students, normally refresher courses are conducted for the subjects Programming in C, Web Page Designing, Basic Electronics, Fundamentals of Electrical Engineering and Engineering Mathematics.
"State of the art infrastructure and exceptionally qualified staff members is the core asset of any institution. Zeal Institute stands excellent in both the aspects. The faculty members here have correct knowledge of their respective subjects. Most of them have already completed their post-graduation in engineering and technology. Some of them have even registered themselves for Ph.D. The faculty members always try to upgrade their knowledge using various sources like magazines, journals and research papers. They regularly write research papers on various technologies. The institute also supports these staff members to publish these research papers in various reputed national and international technological journals. The faculty are excellent not only in their studies and knowledge delivery, but also they are good at relationship building. I’m still in regular contact with most of my teachers. I still remember when I joined the institute in first year; I was a bit scared of the atmosphere. It was the staff members who supported me and built confidence in me by providing a friendly atmosphere. From my first day of my first year, they have kept regular interaction with my parents also, ensuring a caring and nurturing culture. Finally after passing out from Zeal Polytechnic in April 2019 I must say that, that last three years have been most formative years of my life, thank you Zeal for giving me the best of it; thank you for guiding me and for giving me a fix goal of my life."
