This is a nice assisted living facility with very sweet people who work there. Covid safe and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful to me and my Aunt who is living there. Seems to be clean from what I can tell. But they are always helpful in taking her items that we bring to her.

My mother was admitted to this facility back in March 2019. She is wheelchair bound, plus sized, and insulin dependent on a sliding scale. They changed her insulin needs and never checked her blood sugars for 2 months until I complained. They also complained that all she wanted to do was eat. ( Hello, she's overweight for a reason.) So, my mother ended up in rehab for a medical reason in the end of July. We paid for 3 months of rent with her not being there, only to be deemed not assisted level after 1 week of being back. They have no vehicle to transport residents. So your family member will not go anywhere do anything or have a life.

Horrible horrible horrible. Impossible to be happy there. Family has a hard time getting in and out of the doors. Staff is always sitting around eating. Takes forever for Them to respond to patient calls for assistance not sure if it’s under staffed or just poorly staffed. Weekends are the worst!! Almost forget actually getting in the door to see your loved one is nearly impossible due to staff not being at the desk as I am told by the director is supposed to have a person there 24 hours a day. Have had to wait as long as 45 minutes at the front door for them to let me in the door.
