If you are not private pay, please don't waste your time inquiring at this facility. Staff will not return your phone calls and will basically tell you nothing is wrong with your family member. If no stars were an option, that's what my rating would be.

I just called to get information and the person Stephanie who answered the phone seemed like they had no idea about the facility. For each simple question like how many staff members to care fore seniors she was clueless or seemed like sheshe something to hide so I had to go by the reviews which is terrible. I wouldn't trust this place.

This place is not a good environment for residend or staff. I know because i worked here they treat them like nothing at all plus they had snakes in the build twice, big spiders, and ants in residents bed. Staff members are very mean and unprofessional mangement let certain people get a way with certain things and thats not right no matter how many times you report something to them i know cause i work there and now i dont.....
