Ordered chicks, from site they use thru Rural King. Was gave offer of FedEx or post office for shipping. Cost extra for FedEx. I paid extra as I am disabled and post office doesn't come way out here. The chicks were shipped by USPS. They called me and I had to pay someone to go get them for me after I had already paid extra for FedEx. Rural King said chicks cannot be shipped from them other than USPS and she was aware of the FedEx option...

We ordered 15 female chicks and received 16. All were healthy and in good energy. All were the correct sex and have grown into good chicks.
When I recieved my silkie chicks from Townline they were healthy and their customer service was also excellent! I recommend them!
I have ordered from Townline 3 times this year. Over 200 birds total. Customer service is always friendly and helpful and birds arrive healthy. Will order again.
I would give this hatchery a 4 ONLY because I ordered 36 hatching eggs...15 were fertile. I understand that this is a risk we all take when we buy hatching eggs to incubator but I hatch from my flock of free range chickens and 95-99% are fertile every time. Other then that this company is amazing and their costumer service is also amazing!!!
