My postman has lost 10 packages in the last year.... Its enough of an issue that I am going to have to use the amazon lockers instead of having my packages delivered to my home. Todays package was extremely important and as soon as it said delivered I went out to the mailbox to find my package not inside.

For being a smaller post office than the one in Holland, they sure get customers in and out quickly. If I have something that I need to mail, I will go here before I go to the one in Holland, especially if I am going to be in the Zeeland area anyways.

I have been to this post office dozens of times over the years and they do a very good job. SO much faster than the Holland post office. Like 10 times faster.

Rude staff! I called in to see if they would print a shipping label, staff on call acted like that's a weird request and told me I should just go buy a printer. Then went on to say, \I know it can be hard to get your hands on things these days\, basically mocking me for the request. If you ask me that old lady needs to go.

I went there to return some automotive parts. I was told to go down the street to the library to print a return label. After which I came back and found out that they won't even give up a couple strips of tape to put on the label. UPS prints labels and provides tape free of charge. In fact UPS will reseal and relabel your package for free. But the post office can't even provide a couple strips of tape even though my tax dollars pay their bills
