You figure after buying a 2020 Ram 70000 new truck you would have someone in service that would happily take care of you for the life of the vehicle. Morgan in service was quite short and seemingly very frustrated with receiving a phone call regarding an oil change. If you're not interested in coming to work in the morning I'd recommend you call off before you cost your company business especially in service where you make a ton of money. They will not lose my service for this because I don't blame this business as everyone else I've worked with has been nice. So this 3 star is for Morgan.

Wonderful experience! My wife found a vehicle she was interested in on a Saturday night and we went and looked at it off-hours, and then sent a message about it on Sunday. Nancy emailed and called my wife! On a Sunday! We came in Monday morning and completed a deal - great price and EXCELLENT service. This is how you do business, go above and beyond! We honestly couldn't be happier. Great job Nancy and Ed!
