Decently priced department store with a wide range of products. Fresh food is quite good, and many products are house brand; cheap but decent quality. The restaurant is simple and has very limited selection, but is alright for a cheap coffee with a slice of pie. There's a morning deal for breakfast until 10 AM. Street side snacks are very competitively priced, for example frozen yogurt for 0.50.
