If you are first buyers looking for a car, this is the place to go! From the beginning (from the phone call) until the very end the customer service is simply excellent! During the call, they asked if you are interested in making the test drive in the car, so when you get there the car is ready. Herr Münzer welcomed us in a very friendly manner answering all of our questions about the Gebrauchtwagen we were looking for. The owner of the shop Christian was also there and he assured us we could test the car in every way possible, so we had a look on the bottom part of the car (which was perfectly fine) we didn't have a proper light to make the inspection (we had only mobile lights) so he brought us an appropriate one. Then we went for a test drive, the car was in perfect condition. We also had the opportunity to test our Carly app on the car in the search for any issues and the owner said: you can test the car in every possible manner, giving us the impression that he knew well about the product that he was selling, the Carly app showed us no issues on the car, everything was in a green light! We are pleased to say we were very satisfied with the customer service available, also how friendly and well prepared the team from Kallies-Automobile e.K. were. We can definitely recommend this Autohaus for buying your car.
