Definitely wrong place to stay. Every time when the hotel or car rental take money from Your card after few weeks of Your staying, they should be deleted from tourist map. They give us back 300 euro deposit when we were leavening and after few week they take 500 euro without one word.

Nice personnel, tidy and good breakfast. As a vegetarian I could easily ask for a vegetarian alternative for dinner. Vegans may have it hard though. Will visit again!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, typical Austrian food and only 10 minutes away from the ski slopes. The breakfast is good and generous. Everything you need when you go skiing and want to enjoy some extra comfort!
It was nice to stay here over the weekend for a nice and short family vacation.
I give 5 stars because of the staff. We got a really good deal -- 30 euros a day with breakfast and dinner -- and the staff was very nice and helpful with organising our trip. They helped us to collect cheap taxi, and prepared dinner at the time that most suited us. Finally, I accidentally left my bag at the hotel and the guy made it possible for me to have it back through another guest of the hotel
This hotel doesn't even deserve one star! We reached there at approximately 2:30 pm when my three years old was so hungry and we asked for a piece of bread for him. The receptionist who was sitting with a basket full of bread denied to give or even sell a piece! Water get stuck in the shower and its pretty bad, almost take half an hour to clear. It would take 15 minutes for hot water to come once you on the shower. We were given a table where we put our luggage and other clothes and one afternoon e found all our clothes in the floor and the table was gone, no one even thought to ask! And finally one night we went for dinner in the hotel restaurant, we were served a dish twice which we only ordered for one, it was their mistake and we were charged for that. An the taste was also not that good! On top of that they behaved like we are not welcome. The whole stay was horrible. Not recommended at all!
I went here with my school on the yearly ski trip...first impressions, lovely. Beautiful village, lovely looking hotel. Went inside, and the staff were amazing! However, we were told before arrival that we would be getting a double room with en-suite, where actually we got an apartment for 13 of us. In this apartment, we had to share 1 toilet and 1 shower between us all (didn't help that my friend got locked in the bathroom with the lock being broken as soon as we entered. However, staff promptly got her out!). Furthermore, the coffee machine exploded mouldy milk all over the apartment kitchen, so it smelt the whole week. A random man also decided to come into the apartment half way through the week, saying that he was getting his clothes out of a wardrobe in one of the rooms?? However, on the better side, there was a balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast was lovely, while as said before, the staff were incredible! Although we were very disappointed with rooms, the hotel paid for us to all go on a ride on the toboggan (as an apology)!
