!! What a TERRIBLE service at this shop. They gave me an e-bike I can not charge. So I had to go back to the shop after lunch. No excuses or an alternative. No it was my problem???? Unbelievable. So my biking day stops at 15.30 instead 17.00 where I paid for. Crooks (gauner)

Had 2 boards repaired overnight here. The first on Saturday night was available for pickup at Zillertal Arena but we were going to Mayrhofen. We had to go out of our way to pickup the board. The second board was given on Wednesday and we were told it would be available at Zillertal Arena, which wasn't a surprise this time. Arrived in the morning to be told they did not know where the board was but we could get a hire board as a replacement till lunch. By 4 o clock they had magically found the board. I'm certain they over booked the repairs over night and simple didn't want to give the board back without the repairs and a refund. Either way they are either incompetent or liars. This is not the first time Intersport have 'lost' our snowboards when we were due to pick them up. In 2020 it's happened to 5 snowboards so far when we have put them in for overnight repairs.

Best bikeshop in the Zillertal. Markus the shop manager is a top mechanic and knows everything about bikes. They have a great selection off Cube bikes and Maloja clothes.
