Rented skis and shoes for a week - great and fast service - could easily replace the shoes when they did not fit. Victoria in the shop is great and very knowledgeable about fit for the ski shoes, best and most honest advice I’ve received :)

Friendly, helpful staff. Happy to change my boots after a few hours skiing which made for a comfortable 5 days. Great to get nice warm boots waiting for you at the top of the gondola every morning!
Helpfull staff. One day someone took my skis at a restaurant in the slope. The rental shop quickly replaced my skis and told med not to worry.
We rented ski's, boots and poles for the half term holiday week. When we went in the first time they were very attentive and we found the right boots and skis immediately, All the equipment was all top notch quality and condition and were extremely well maintained. Every morning the boots were lovely and warm, direct from their storage area, and were a pleasure to put on. The location of the shop could not be any better either, since it was roughly 30 steps from the front door of the shop to the ski-lift and booth to buy the ski passes. We were greeted with a smile every time we walked into the shop and had a nice chat with the friendly owner and staff. We have rented ski equipment in numerous countries worldwide and this was one of the best experiences that we have had. Thank you.
Bad service. One ski broke after 3 hours of regular skiing and the rental service center claimed 150 Euros in reimbursement when they should have apologized for providing bad skiies
too expensive, cheap gear. rented a snowboard (without boots) for 2 days for 50, when it's purchase price online is 215. that's not reasonable.
