Absolutely fantastic! I've been doing adults yoga with Charmaine for about 2 years now and I am still loving it! Charmaine adds the extra personal touch of making sure each lesson is targeted at what your needs and limits are, helping you grow in yoga. Such an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere!

Charmaine is a kind and caring instructor for both adults and kids, her dedication to each individuals journey is inspiring. The kids (girls and boys alike) love the classes and each session teaches more self-discipline with regards to breathing, taking a moment (this helps with anxiety) and learning new things! Highly reccomended!
