I wanted to get some new ski boots. After past bad experiences, and a series of leg injuries, I was very nervous. I did not want to buy in UK as adjustment is difficult. From beginning to end the service here was impeccable. The initial fitting was good trying on 5 pairs. As they stood they were great. 2 days later I took them back for some adjustments. Clear explanation of what could be done tand why it would help, also the possible negative consequences. They are now perfect. I would highly recommend this shop. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

I've always had trouble finding a pair of skiboots that didn't kill me during the day. After searching for more than 5 years for the perfect boots I found this shop. They take their Time to look at your feet and let you try on different boots that are good for your feet. After that you can come back as many times as you want to adjust the boots to your feet. I ate back 4 times with my boots and now they are perfect for my feet and the best thing of all, they always welcomed me with a big smile and gave me different solutions and options for the pain I had during skiing. This is really the place to be when you want to buy skiboots!

Giving the right information to choose the right thing to suit everyone needs. And we boght the new helmet and good goggles for the bad weather as well as It is responsible price. And also thanks to my Professional Ski Instructor Justin from ESF to recommend us to this shop.

I went to Zenith to have my boots fitted after seeing online they were the best place in Val Thorens to do this. I was not disappointed. Ludo (the owner) advised me to wear my boots in for a day to feel for any niggles or pains. After being aware of this I went back and he added some heel and inner calf supports to help solve the problem. This is exactly what it did. Problem solved and amazingly free of charge. If you’re looking for a place to fit boots, rent equipment, purchase equipment or just for general friendly advice then I couldn’t recommend Zenith more. Best place in Val Thorens for sure

Everything is expensive in Val Thorens and most ski shops want to just sell you whatever while here you feel less in a tourist trap. Super friendly staff and informative about all things mountain; weather, conditions, equipment etc. Good snowboards and boots to rent! They also rent snowshoes ) reasonably priced as well. After visiting the more mainstream shops at the resort we were very relieved to find this shop where everyone was friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

They saved my holiday. I have my own ski boots and since I last wore them one of my feet has changed, leading to an incredibly uncomfortable first day on the mountain. These guys were recommended by my hotel and over the next few days they adjusted my boot again and again, heating, stretching and grinding until a perfect fit was achieved. They must have been sick of the sight of me by the end of the week but they carried on working on the boot, and all for a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough.

Wide variety of skis, Great value for prosucts, Amazing customer service. Sat through an entire hour trying out 7 different ski boots to find the best one to buy. The guys are experts at figuring out what's causing your foot pain and solving it.
