A very professionally-run Karate Club where the instructors are friendly and approachable and (of course) extremely knowledgeable in the art of Karate. This particular dojo is a favourite, it's spacious and the acoustics are good so you can hear what your Sensei is saying. I have Zenshin to thank for building my confidence and giving me the knowledge and ability to defend myself (I did need that self-defence knowledge once, and yes it worked).
Zenshin is a friendly Karate school. Our entire family regularly attends classed and our fitness strength and flexibility has increased tenfold. Karate will teach your children respect, self belief and determination. I cannot recommend Zenshin highly enough.
