The room was very beautiful and clean with a great view on the Matterhorn. The staff was nice and generally helpful. The swimming pool and spa area also is quite nice although the floor was very slippery and my son and another child fell there. There were also other small maintenance defects in the room (broken switches, very old hair dryer, the door was hard to close). Also the breakfast was ok, but there was nothing very special.

Very clean hotel and good services and great breakfast. Many facility and big and long pool most bigger than any hotel there. Spa is good. They around you to use free area after you check out also. I will be back there again.
It's a good hotel with a very nice standard but, unfortunately there is a "but" . Let's start with positives though. Rooms are clean and modern, we had a view on the Matterhorn which was amazing, every day rooms were cleaned and left spotless. I loved the breakfast probably mostly due to the people who cooked and served it. It was the best and nicest hotel servers I ever had. And here to the "buts". The receptionist that welcomed us was more interested in cramming all her info into us 2 mins after arriving than listening to what we wanted to ask or letti g us go into our room as we were exhausted. She was then every time making us feel like we, as guests, were actually interrupting her work. She literally made a face and in a rude voice said "in a minute" when I came down to ask a question. She was rude when I asked for a coffee as she didn't know how to make it and acted very u professionally asking me to leave the restaurant before realising what she said. She made us feel unwelcome which is unacceptable in a hotel of this rank and even more since she was the "main face" we were in touch with. I would come again, as we loved it, if someone could guarantee we would only be in touch with all the other reception stuff and not this lady.
Does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. Pool and hot tub were not warm enough. No shampoo, lotion or body wash offered - just the generic soap fixed to the shower wall. Very basic for the expensive price and directly overlooking the train station which is very noisy in the morning. Cannot adjust the heating in the room as well. Overall, I was expecting more for a 4 star hotel in Zermatt
Amazing place with fantastic service and friendly staff and the restaurant is delicious for every meal in the day and the spa is just great and clean . The location is perfect just in front of the train and very relaxed atmosphere And walking distance for everything! I can highly recommend this place
Well located near the boutique shops, train stations and taxi stop. I stayed in a very smart modernised room with a balcony. Our group also had a suite with a stunning view of the valley/The Matterhorn. Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. The ski room is tidy and warm, and very well organised with its ski racks and boot shelves. Plus a very long bench to sit on to put your boots on.
Nice hotel in good location. Great breakfast, high Covid 19 standards. Room nice and clean
The location is amazing. Through the window, the breathtaking mountain sits right before your eyes. Who could ask for more?
