Real friendly staff at the front desk as well as at the Thai restaurant. Enjoy our dinner very much. Room is nicely decorated and got a beautiful balcony. Bed is not too hard, comfortable sleep.

Dirty, old, needs up dating. Mattress was so soft, still having back issues. They even want to charge their guests 20 Francs if the plastic key is lost ! Unbelievable gouging ! Room was so hot we could not sleep all week so ruined our ski vacation. Absolute mystery as to how they are a 4 star hotel - more like a 2 star would be more appropriate. Would definitely avoid this hotel !

The best staff! We stayed 6 nights there and few of them were during the semi-lockdown in Switzerland. Thanks to the warm staff the experience was so unique, they really made us feel at home enjoying so much our stay in such circumstances. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon!
