AMAZING. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place with exceptional service, multi-lingual servicers, and fantastic authentic food, this is the place for you. The servers were all attentive, passionate about the food and making sure you find something you’ll love. We opted for the platter of cured local meats, and two types of fondue. Though definitely not the cheapest eating in Zermatt, it did not seem over priced, and was worth every penny. We walked out after two fondues, meat platter 1 beer, two wines and finished it off with crème brûlée for 130... The service, the food, the atmosphere- everything was incredible. Would highly recommend! It was an absolute treat.

Even though the name reminds all my fellow Americans the Cheesecake factory, it has nothing in common. Astonishing raclette in a tiny cozy place. Dim light, romantic atmosphere, and hilarious paintings of cows on the walls. This was the first restaurant in Switzerland in the last ten years I am visiting the country where they actually made a perfect medium-rare steak. The meringue dessert is out of this world. A perfect place for a nice dinner and a slow conversation over a tasty meal.

Absolutely fantastic gourmet burger! This is the burger that makes you question your faith in burgers back home. I begged for the name of the cheese, but apparently it is a closely held secret. Just going to have to go back again and keep trying. The fondue is the best I have tried in Zermatt, (tried 5) not the slightest overpowering, great balance with the truffles, and it was the first fondue here that I scraped every last bit off the pot! The bread for dipping was well prepared and made in little briquettes, not like other restaurants with randomly chopped bread. The manager checked in on our table, (Justina) very classy, and was genuinely interested in our selections. That is hard to find here in Zermatt! Quaint, cozy, and un imposing, almost hidden in plain sight. Even though we had no reservations, which in Zermatt is a must, they kindly fit us in, without making us feel unwelcome. Quite refreshing! (Also rare). This restaurant is a must, and will be remembered on our next visit to this elite mountain paradise.

This place was awesome. Amazing service with amazing food. Had the 2 fondue flavors separated (herbs and champagne). Destroyed the entire meal with the girlfriend. Paired with some beer, creme brulee and a complimentary shnaps drink and we left fat and happy. Recommend highly.

I admit I take Google ratings a little too seriously, so I was hesitant to try it out seeing that there weren't many reviews yet. We were pleasantly surprised though. The food and wine were great and the service was excellent. A good experience all around. Definitely try it out, even if there are only a couple reviews so far.
